Advise national and international clients on a wide range of employment and labor law matters. Draft and review employment agreements, internal policies, and compliance documentation. Represent clients in negotiations, dispute resolution, and litigation before labor courts. Assist on cross-border matters in collaboration with colleagues from other practice groups and offices. Contribute to business development initiatives and knowledge sharing within the practice. 3–6 years' experience in employment law within a reputable law firm or in-house legal department. Fluent in Dutch and French, with an excellent command of English. Strong academic background in Belgian law, with a specialization or interest in employment law.
